Fault Find repairs

• We provide a first-class repair service for all our customers who need an automated /electric entrance repaired.
• London Gate Solutions specialise in Automated entry system repairs and provide comprehensive after sales service and repairs to all our customers.
• Within our normal working hours 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday,
• The call out charge is for the first hour, for our engineer to locate the problem, find out which parts are required to fix the issue and repair it as required. This is to be paid before the call out is booked in.
• The payment excludes any parts needed. Any parts needed are charged to the customer.
• If the fault cannot be fixed at the time of the engineer being on site, then we will send a quotation regarding what parts are needed to get the fault rectified.
• Any parts that may be required for repairs will be charged separately. Agreement from the customer will be obtained before any ordering or fitting of new parts take place.
